近年来，随着我国农业机械化的不断推进，进口农业机械的数量呈逐年上升势头特别是二手青贮机，旧青储机，二手棉花采摘机，二手葡萄西红柿收获机，二手甘蔗收获机，二手大豆水稻收割机等进口农业机械对于促进地方经济发展发挥了重要的作用。但部分进口农业机械存在安全隐患，在使用过程中给农户带来了一定的经济损失。
为有效防止不合格农业机械进入我国，提高进口农业机械质量安全，根据《农业机械安全监督管理条例》*十三条、《进出口商品检验法实施条例》*四条有关规定，现就做好2014年部分进口农业机械质量安全抽查验证工作公告如下：
各地出入境检验检疫机构对列入《强制性产品认证目录》的植物保护机械（进出口税则号：8424810000）和轮式拖拉机（进出口税则号：8701901190）加强口岸验证，重点核查其是否取得有效的强制性产品认证证书及加贴认证标志情况。植保机械包括背负式喷雾喷粉机、背负式动力喷雾机、背负式喷雾器、背负式电动喷雾器、压缩式喷雾器、踏板式喷雾器、烟雾机、担架式（手推车式、车载式）机动喷雾机、喷杆式喷雾机、风送式喷雾机。轮式拖拉机包括单缸柴油机或功率不大于18.40kw（25马力）的多缸柴油机为动力的轮式拖拉机。
